We sell by Hanging Weight to comply with state regulations. We’ve provided the "Freezer Math" so you can see exactly what you are receiving.

• Weight: 50-60 lbs of finished beef for your freezer.
• Price: $8.25/lb (Hanging Weight)
• The Math: Estimated $13.75/lb finished weight equivalent.
• Total Cost: Estimated $688-$825 (Includes all processing fees).
• Deposit: $95 reserves your share. Balance due at pickup.

WHATS IN THE BOX?

We portion each share to reflect the whole animal:

• 25% Steaks: Ribeye, NY Strip, Filet Mignon, Sirloin, Flat Iron, and Flank or Skirt.
• 25% Roasts: Chuck, Rump, Eye of Round, and London Broil.
• 50% Ground Beef: Our signature 80/20 blend in 1 lb packs.
