What’s in the Box:

Steaks (about 25%):

Ribeye (Bone-In), NY Strip, Filet Mignon, Top Sirloin, plus one of Skirt, Flank, or Flat Iron

Roasts (about 25%):

Chuck, Rump, Eye Round, London Broil

(You may not get one of each roast - exact cuts depend on overall weight.)

Ground Beef (about 50%):

80/20 Ground Beef in handy 1 lb packs

Organs are automatically included with your share (they aren’t part of the weight or price). Many customers use them for cooking, pets, or chickens, and it helps ensure nothing goes to waste.

We make sure each share has a good mix-steaks for dinner, roasts for slow cooking, and plenty of ground beef for quick meals.

Fulfillment:

Orders are available for pick up the third Saturday and Sunday of the month from 9-6.
