What’s in the Box:

Steaks (about 25%):

Ribeye (Bone-In), NY Strip, Filet Mignon, Top Sirloin, plus Skirt, Flank, or Flat Iron

(You’re guaranteed each of the main steaks, and you’ll get more than one of the Skirt, Flank, or Flat Iron, but the exact amount varies by share.)

Roasts (about 25%):

Chuck, Rump, Eye Round, London Broil

(You may not get one of each roast - exact cuts depend on overall weight.)

Ground Beef (about 50%):

80/20 Ground Beef in handy 1 lb packs

We make sure each share has a good mix - steaks for dinner, roasts for slow cooking, and plenty of ground beef for quick meals.

***Brisket: You may opt to include a 4-6 lb Split Brisket in your share. This addition replaces a portion of your roasts and ground beef. To select this option, please email us after submitting your deposit.

Organs are automatically included with your share (they aren’t part of the weight or price). Many customers use them for cooking, pets, or chickens, and it helps ensure nothing goes to waste.

Fulfillment:

Orders are available for pick up the third Saturday and Sunday of the month from 9-6.
