We sell by Hanging Weight to comply with state regulations. We’ve provided the "Freezer Math" so you can see exactly what you are receiving.

• Weight: 100-115 lbs of finished beef for your freezer.
• Price: $7.87/lb (Hanging Weight)
• The Math: Estimated $13.12/lb finished weight equivalent.
• Total Cost: Estimated $1,312-$1,475 (Includes all processing fees).
• Deposit: $150 reserves your share. Balance due at pickup.

WHATS IN THE BOX?

We portion each share to reflect the whole animal:

• 25% Steaks: Ribeye, NY Strip, Filet Mignon, Sirloin, Flat Iron, and Flank or Skirt.
• 25% Roasts: Chuck, Rump, Eye of Round, and London Broil.
• 50% Ground Beef: Our signature 80/20 Ground Beef, Stew Meat, Short Ribs, Marrow Bones, and available organs.

• Single-Source: Your meat comes from one specific animal.
• Local: Processed by a local butcher in a small-batch facility.
• Packaging: Vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen. Stays fresh in your freezer until you are ready for your next share.
