Steaks (about 25%):

Ribeye (Bone-In), NY Strip, Filet Mignon, Top Sirloin, and either Skirt, Flank, or Stew Meat

Roasts (about 25%):

Chuck, Rump, Eye Round, or London Broil (you’ll get a nice mix)

Ground Beef (about 50%):

80/20 Ground Beef in handy 1 lb packs

Organs are automatically included with your share (they aren’t part of the weight or price). Many customers use them for cooking, pets, or chickens, and it helps ensure nothing goes to waste.

We put these shares together to make sure you get a good variety -  enough steaks to smile about, roasts for the slow cooker, and plenty of ground beef (because everybody loves a quick dinner).

Fulfillment:

Orders are available for pick up the third Saturday and Sunday of the month from 9-6.
