Now for the big news many of you have been waiting for, and some of you may have already sensed coming.
As Rucker Farm steps into its next major change, we are excited to introduce our newest venture:Â Solstice Beef Company.
We know change can feel uncomfortable. We feel that too. But the biggest shifts have already happened, and what remains is an opportunity to offer you a simple, honest product that has become a meaningful part of our own daily life. Solstice Beef is born out of that transition. A solstice marks a turning point, a moment when the light begins to shift. It felt like the right name for this season in our lives, a step forward that remains deeply rooted in the values and intention you have always known from us. We are still the same Isabelle and Garrett, moving ahead with renewed clarity on...BEEF!
Over the next few months, as we gradually move into the Solstice Beef name, we appreciate your patience through the transition. Rucker Farm will always be part of who we are, and nothing about the soul of our work is changing. Only the way we present it. The Rucker property itself is still a working farm, and it will forever hold a special place in our hearts. It is where I was raised, where Garrett and I married, where two of our three children were born, and where the beginning of our journey of feeding people began.Â
As our work has grown to include many leased properties and a wider reach, we realized our identity could no longer be defined by a single location. Changing our name actually makes running our business a lot less confusing!Â
